Terms of Service

These are the general terms of www Holding AB, org. no. 559515-3668, Anundsgatan 22, 753 34 Uppsala, Sweden ("we"), for this website and for the consumer products we publish. By using them you accept these terms.

Each product has its own terms that describe that product; where they are more specific, they apply. Work we do for businesses is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid products are sold as subscriptions. When you buy on our website, Stripe is the merchant of record: your purchase contract for the payment is with Stripe under Stripe's terms of sale, Stripe issues the receipt and handles VAT, and Stripe handles refunds. Our product terms govern your use of the product itself.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Stripe emails you before an annual renewal, before a free trial ends, and if a payment fails.
• You can cancel at any time through the subscription link in those emails, or in the product. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
• A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• If a renewal payment fails, we keep the product open until the paid period ends while Stripe retries the card. If it still fails, the subscription is cancelled.
• Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a new subscription. Write to us or to Stripe within that time and the payment is refunded, less the value of any part of the service you have used, where the law allows that deduction.
• Purchases made inside an app through Apple's App Store or Google Play are governed by that store's terms; refunds for those go through the store.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your devices secure. Your content stays yours; you give us the right to store, process and back it up to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to harass anyone, to break the law, to overload or attack our services, or to reverse engineer them. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep our services running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data you did not export. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.

Intellectual property

Our products, their design and their content (except your data) belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address, and products tell you about changes that matter. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
